4. Bookstore and Bureau Services;
5. Value Added Products; and
6. Outside Catering.

The division of Research, Technology, Management and Community Linkages (RTMCL) is in charge of the KUCT income generating units.

RTMCL works across the university and engages in work for the community. The mandate of RTMCL is to conduct research and publication, provide innovation and technology transfer, create local and international collaborations, provide consultancies and organizing conferences. In addition, it is charged with the responsibility of providing business development services to local entrepreneurs. It uses the knowledge, skills and expertise of the university to support KUCT and the wider community. It also undertakes analysis and highlights the critical areas for training, research and creating interventions for community development. Through its work, RTMCL functions as an interface between research and training to help make the university relevant to societal needs and national development.
